When is a plan reinstated?
If a Care Plan is in a state of Suspension, collecting a payment will not automatically correct it.
In order for the plan to again commence auto billing, the plan must be reinstated - use the Reinstate link.
When a plan is reinstated the status will no longer be suspended and the plan will auto-bill on the Next Payment Date.
