A service does not appear on the Pulse Care Plan tab?
Service codes in Pulse should be unique and active.
If a duplicate service code is found, the Pulse Merchant may alter the code(s) as necessary in the Pulse system to match the Care Plan service code.
Note:
It is the responsibility of the Pulse-merchant to inform the Vcp plan-coordinator as to the correct codes to place on a Vcp plan-template.
If there is a duplicate code in Pulse, the merchant is able to alter the code to make it unique.
