Can I move or transfer a care plan from one pet parent to another using the Impromed practice management software?
A care plan cannot be moved/transferred to a new pet parent within Impromed as an "active" plan. The current care plan account must be settled and cancelled. Then the patient may be re-enrolled into a new 12-month care plan once the Impromed Transfer Patient function, has been completed.
The Impromed error-message I am receiving is:
"The patient you are attempting to transfer has at lease one active Care Plan …… must be cancelled before the patient can be transferred."
