Why does Pulse not recognize an active Care Plan?
When the Care Plan-tab in the Pulse practice management system is empty or void of service line-entries, there are a few common fields to check:
- the Client and Patient i.d. in the Care Plan portal must match the Pulse system
- the email-address in the Care Plan portal must match the Pulse system
A known issue exists when the Pulse, merge-patient function, has been used, and the source patient has active Care Plan(s). The active Care Plan from source patient will not merge to the target patient.
