After using Copy Plan, Avimark does not recognize the new care plan?
A working solution is to insure there is a unique client/patient i.d. for Avimark to locate.
In the Care Plan system change/alter the client/patient i.d. on the prior/cancelled plan by appending characters or removing altogether.
If at first Avimark does not, do refresh and perform a "plan update" via:
- In the client area, right-click > Care Plans > Update Care Plans.
- In the patient area, right-click > Wellness Plans
