Is a telephone number required in order to email an enrollment link?
The Pulse system requires a telephone number be added in the General Information section with the "SMS" selector-switch enabled, to successfully email an enrollment link. If not, attempting to email a Care Plan enrollment link will result with the following error-message: 'Please provide a number' .
Solution:
- enable the SMS selector in section: General Information | Phone
- in the Enrollment link send dialog, select/highlight the phone number
note: although the phone number is selected, only an email will be sent
