What does “Expired” mean?
A wellness plan will complete and expire on the last day of the service-term; typically twelve (12) months.
If the wellness plan is not set to auto-renew the plan will expire at the end of the service-term.
If the wellness plan is set to auto-renew and the account status is not Paid-off, the plan will expire.
Once a plan is expired it cannot be reused; a new wellness plan will need to be created.
