Where is the account balance determined after auto-cancellation?
The Activity Log entry for Cancelled Plan, by User=System, is where to find metrics similar to the Cancel Plan dialog.
The account balance from the perspective of Cost of Services Used can be determined from the information in the log entry detail.
Note: When the retail cost of services consumed exceeds the Plan Contract Price, "cap" at the Plan Contract Price.
Example: (not in the order shown in the log)
$700: Retail Value of Services Provided
$500: Total Paid Amt
$25 : Unpaid Fees
$225: Expected Settlement Amt
Current Balance Due equals the number of monthly payments in arrears plus Unpaid Fees.
