How To: Send a plan to Collections
Reference: Cancel a Plan document found in the Training Resource Center.
Steps:
From the Customer Detail page choose Cancel Plan.
Select the sub-status of, Sent to Collections, from the Reason drop-down list.
Agreed Settlement Amount: enter zero (0)
Note: Sent to Collections is indicated when a wellness plan is cancelled; management to the wellness plan ceases. The merchant cannot return to this wellness plan and indicate the results from the collection agency.
Reports exist to list plans with Reason = Sent to Collections.
