Where do I confirm if a fee was charged to the consumer?
If a consumer’s monthly payment payment contains a fee, there are a couple ways to confirm:
Statements/Payments detail. By clicking the plus-sign (+) to the left of the line-entry detail, the payment information is revealed. If the full payment collected was not fully applied to the Contract Balance, the amounts will be itemized here.
To review multiple accounts use the Download Payments Report. The payment amount and fees applied are indicated in separate columns.
A memo is created on the Customer Detail page of the account when a missed payment fee has been assessed.
Select Transactions to list the monthly charges for the account; there will be an entry for any fee assessed.
