What additional troubleshooting steps are there for push enrollment link failures?
- Check if there is an active plan in the system already, with the same client and patient IDs. Enrollment link will fail if there is an existing plan that carries the same client ID + patient ID as the pet, in Pulse.
- Check Operations | New Applications to see if there is one or more incomplete applications with the same client/patient IDs. Enrollment link will fail if there is an existing new application which carries the same client ID + patient ID as the pet, in Pulse. User can complete the application manually in the Care Plans system or cancel the new application and then they should be able to send another enrollment link from Pulse.
- In Pulse, consumer's mailing address, be sure the postal code only contains 5-digits. Do not use the "Zip +4" postal code extension.
