Why does the monthly payment amount show zero (0) dollars when an account balance exists?
When the monthly payment amount shows zero (0) dollars, $0.00, this signifies that the payment schedule has completed. However any unpaid payments or fees will show as an account Balance Due or Plan Contract Balance.
