If you attempt to log in to the system and receive a blank page or have other issues such as a 404 error, you can try clearing browser cookies. Here is how to do it in Chrome:
GOOGLE CHROME
Click on the settings icon (top right, under close (x) box) which looks like 3 dots
Choose Help | About Google Chrome and let the browser update.
Close and Re-launch Google Chrome.

2. Click on Settings in the menu
3. In the Settings search box, type “Cookies and”
4. In the search results, Under Privacy and Security, Select: Cookies and other site data (right-hand arrow)
5. In the Cookies and other site data panel, Select: See all site data and permissions (right-hand arrow)
6. Type into the Search box (magnifying glass) in the top right corner, the name of the site such as “my.careplans”.
- Several sites may appear, each with one or more cookies. Use the trash-can to the right of an entry to delete specific cookies, or click the Remove All Shown button to clear all the listed cookies.
Close the Chrome browser: Choose the “X” in the upper right-hand corner.
Open the Chrome browser and retry - you should now be able to log into the system and see the Home page and navigate the system normally.
