If you attempt to log in to the system and receive a blank page or have other issues such as a 404 error, you can try clearing browser cookies specific to the ExtendCredit or our other sites. Here is how to do it in Mozilla Firefox.
- Click on the icon that looks like three horizontal lines at the top right of the browser window.
- Click on the Options item.
- Click on the Privacy & Security item in the left pane of the Options tab.
- Scroll down until you see Cookies and Site Data. Click on the Manage Data… button.
- In the Cookies window, Search box, enter "careplans.vet" or the domain of your particular site. A list of all cookies matching that string will appear.
- Click the Remove All Shown button. The cookies should disappear from the list.
- Click Save Changes.
- A pop-up window will appear. Click on Clear Now.
- Close the Options tab.
Make sure to close the tab or window and open a new one and go to the site again. You should now be able to log into the system and see the Home page and navigate the system normally.
