If you attempt to log in to the system and receive a blank page or have other issues such as a 404 error, you can try clearing browser cookies specific to the site.
MICROSOFT EDGE
Click on the settings icon (top right, under close (x) box) which looks like 3 dots
Choose Help and Feedback | About Microsoft Edge and let the browser update.
Click RESTART
1. Click on the settings icon (top right, under close (x) box) which looks like 3 dots
2. Select Settings
3. In the Search box, type: "Manage and delete"
4. In the results panel, Select: Manage and delete cookies and site data (right-hand arrow)
5. Select: See all cookies and site data (right-hand arrow)
6. In the Cookies and Site Data Search box (magnifying glass), type the name of the site such as “my.careplans”.
7. Use the down-arrow to see the detail and select the trash-can icon to delete
Close the Edge browser, click the “X” in the upper right hand corner.
Open the Edge browser and retry - you should now be able to log into the system and see the Home page and navigate the system normally.
