What is a duplicate transaction?
When attempting to complete a new application, the system may fail to verify the payment information and generate the error, “Unable to verify Credit Card - Duplicate transaction”.
The best practice for new application creation is to enter all necessary information and Print Agreement, prior to collecting the payment. In this order a duplicate transaction will likely not occur.
In the event that it does, the “wait” time to try again is one (1) hour or to attempt the following day.
