Will the date of a delayed payment appear on email to consumer?
No.
The system will send a payment-due reminder via email to the consumer. If the normal payment-due date has been delayed using Delay Next Payment, the new debit date will not appear in the email. The normal payment date of the month will be shown instead.
When the consumer calls requesting their next payment-due date be delayed, the best practice is to inform them what the normal system email notice will indicate.

“This is a reminder that a regularly scheduled plan payment to Veterinary Clinic is due to debit from
