When will consumers receive an email confirming remittance of payment?
The system will send an email to the consumer confirming successful remittance of their monthly payment. This system-process occurs each evening; the consumer will receive the email in the early evening on the day the payment is remitted.
For credit-card payment types, this action typically occurs on the normal debit-date of the month.
For ACH payment types, this action typically occurs 5-7 business days from the normal debit-date of the month.
