What's Changing?
We're updating our support phone number to provide you with a more streamlined experience. On April 23, 2025, the current CarePlans support number, 800-315-1780, will automatically redirect to the new Covetrus unified support number: 877-999-2838.
Key Dates:
- Now - April 22, 2025:
- Both the old (800-315-1780) and new (877-999-2838) numbers are active.
- We strongly recommend you start using the new number (877-999-2838) immediately.
- April 23, 2025:
- Calls to 800-315-1780 will be automatically routed to 877-999-2838.
- Approximately June 1, 2025:
- The old number (800-315-1780) will be deactivated and will no longer work.
How to Reach CarePlans Support on the New Number:
When you call 877-999-2838, please follow these prompts:
- Press 2 for Clinic Staff.
- Press 2 for Technical Support.
- Press 9 for CarePlans.

This change allows us to consolidate our support services, making it easier for you to get help with all your Covetrus needs through a single number.
What You Need to Do:
- Update your records: Please update your contact lists and any saved numbers to reflect the new support number (877-999-2838).
- Begin using the new number now: To familiarize yourself with the new system, please start using 877-999-2838 for all your CarePlans and Covetrus support inquiries as soon as possible.
- Inform your team: Ensure all staff members are aware of this change.
